Refund & Exchange Policy

At  Softwear SA, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn and unused
    • In original packaging
    • In the same condition received
  • Customers may exchange for:
    • A different size
    • A different product of the same value
    • Another item by paying the difference if applicable

Refunds

  • Refunds are only considered for:
    • Incorrect items received
    • Defective or damaged products
    • Orders that cannot be fulfilled
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following may not be refunded or exchanged:

  • Worn items
  • Items without original packaging
  • damaged

Return Shipping

  • If you wish to return an item, return shipping costs will apply unless we sent the wrong item or the product arrived damaged.
  • We recommend using a tracked courier service for returns and exchanges.
